Acorn Networks is a Hertfordshire IT support & solutions company. We offer flexible computer consultancy services for small to medium companies in the Hertfordshire, London & Thames Valley regions. Providing a professional, responsive & cost effective service, our dedicated IT consultant team offer well considered strategic advice, high quality IT support & expert project delivery.

With a diverse portfolio of clients, we provide IT support services to accountancy firms, GP practices, graphic design houses, Estate Agents and law practices as well as other IT companies.

All of our technicians are degree-educated and in addition to this hold a minimum of one specialist qualification such as Microsoft’s MCSE or Cisco’s CCNA. Staff training is paramount and in additional our in-house programme we regularly put our technicians through external courses to ensure they are up to date with the latest technology and to expand upon existing skill sets.

The way we operate is somewhat different to many providers in our field, and this unique approach has brought in a wealth of positive feedback from our clients. With all of our IT support packages you will be assigned two dedicated support engineers and have the facility to contact them directly at any time. They will gain an in-depth knowledge of your IT infrastructure and build a good rapport with your staff, enabling rapid assistance and fault resolution with a personal touch.

Upon taking on a new service contract we will undertake a full technical appraisal of your IT systems and prepare a ‘Network Bible’ detailing your IT infrastructure from top to bottom, including information such as warranty expiration dates for all assets, hardware support contacts, machine and network configurations etc. We will also undertake discussions with staff members to ascertain any current issues which require our attention
