Fully Managed Service
This is our top level package and is popular amongst our clients who would like a fixed monthly cost for all of their IT support and consultancy needs with no hidden extras. The following is included:
- Full proactive management and maintenance of all IT systems
- Free usage of Acorn:Alert technology, our remote monitoring solution
- Direct access to two dedicated mobile site engineers
- Inclusive on-site and remote support for all IT issues that arise
- Guaranteed 2 hour response for all urgent problems
- Regular site visits to meet with staff and resolve any issues
- Ongoing recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure
- Vendor management: Liaising with 3rd parties on your behalf
Monthly Support Agreement
Our monthly agreement is aimed at customers who would like their systems proactively managed and remotely supported for a fixed fee, whilst having access to discounted rates for their on site support requirements. The following is included:
- Everything in the Fully Managed Service package, except on site and remote support changes as follows:
- Fully inclusive remote support for all IT issues that arise
- Reactive on site support at a fixed hourly rate
Ad Hoc Consultancy
We offer this type of support to clients with a requirement for one-off jobs or occasional consultancy work which they need carried out. The advantage to this package is that the client undertakes no commitment to our services but has the freedom to call upon us as and when necessary. All work is charged on an hourly or daily basis and is provided within a best efforts response time.
